Powered pads for
modular compute.

Bring your modules and energize ahead of schedule in Tier 1 markets.

Fenced modular compute pad beside the access road

The model

Powered pads, ready for modular compute.

We deliver the hardest part first: power. Land, interconnects, civil works and fiber are in place before you arrive. You bring the modules — data halls, energy storage, cooling and backup generation — and plug into a pad that is already live.

01

Power on the pad

Each pad is energized with a dedicated 10 MW dual-feed interconnect, 100% behind the meter. No utility queue between you and your load.

02

Built for modules

Pads are graded, drained and sized for containerized halls, prefabricated skids and custom modular builds. Set equipment and commission.

03

Scale in 10 MW steps

Take one pad or several on a published schedule, and add capacity as your deployment grows.

04

Yours outright

You own the pad and everything on it. No shared halls, no landlord in the white space, no colocation contract governing your hardware.

Delivery standard

Every pad arrives powered.

A clear line between the powered pad and your modules. We deliver power, fiber, grade and access; you set everything inside the equipment envelope.

Pad anatomy

A typical 10 MW pad.

Power arrives as two independent 34.5 kV feeds. Fiber enters from two directions. Setbacks protect access and maintenance clearance around the equipment envelope.
